This Privacy Policy applies to the Tubix Music mobile application, hereby referred to as the “Application,” created by Mehmet Alan, hereby referred to as the “Service Provider.” The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use “AS IS.”
This page is used to inform users regarding the Service Provider’s policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone chooses to use the Application.
By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Any personal information collected is used for providing and improving the Application. The Service Provider will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to a contact email address. The information requested by the Application is retained on your device and is not collected directly by the Service Provider unless clearly stated otherwise.

Whenever you use the Application, in the event of an error, data and information may be collected through third-party products on your device, called Log Data. The Application may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by the Service Provider. The Service Provider has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that necessary actions can be taken.

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately after they are posted.
